Photographed by Brian Reyes at my installation for the London Design Festival 2019 which was staged at the Jo Malone Townhouse in Marylebone. I'm seated in front of a giant print of "The Lover" from the "Falling in Love" series. Good timing… As luck would have it, just as we began this project, a young student from Paris, Adrien Giordana, arrived to work with us in New York. Adrien brought his endless enthusiasm to the task and worked slavishly to combine his 3d digital know-how with my more analog approach to things..... resulting in some beautiful abstractions of the original images.

We photographed the collection at my home and studio in Woodstock, New York. Flowers styled by Brian Reyes. Vase by Dove Drury Hornbuckle below "Lime Basil Mandarin" diffuser. We had begun working with 1882Ltd on the Accidental Expressionist tea set so it seemed a great opportunity to get them on board and create ceramic vessels for JML... a nice point of contrast to their classic glass containers. — We photographed the collection at my home and studio in Woodstock, New York. The collection has launched this month and as usual I find it somehow miraculous to see the finished results. A project that began shuffling through ideas, meditating the relationships of visuals and fragrance and whittling down these notions from the obscure to the seemingly obvious..... though, it has to be said, not so obvious to have begun there. In the end it all looks so natural.
